This metod will create Identity session resource

Parameters

Parameter	Value	Description
X-Request-ID		X-Request-ID ID of the request, unique to the call, as determined by the initiating party.
PSU-IP-Address		PSU-IP-Address The forwarded IP Address header field consists of the corresponding http request IP Address field between PSU and Identity app/Customer app
PSU-User-Id		PSU-User-Id The user id, if available.
